Short talks

Short talks are due to last 10 min followed by 5 min questions.

Please, note that Mac and PC computers with the latest versions of Powerpoint and Keynote are available to you in our auditorium.

To facilitate transitions between speakers, please, have your presentation ready on a memory stick to hand in to our auditorium’s technician before the start of your session.

Posters

Stands can fit posters 120 cm high / 90 cm large (AO size)

Poster session is due to take place during lunch break (12:15 to 14:30) and also during afternoon break (16:15 to 16:45)

Only registered participants are eligible to submit an abstract

Only online submissions are accepted

Please, submit your abstract using the same account you used to register

When submitting, apply for oral presentation or poster

Abstract length is limited to 3 500 characters spaces included (ca. 470 words)

Possibility to submit more than 1 abstract

Abstracts have to be written in English
